BarCamp NYC is on track for the weekend of Jan 14-15th, and it's going to be awesome. Thanks to everyone who's been helping to spread the word and make this happen.

If you can bring equipment for us to use over the weekend, please EMAIL US! These are the things we currently need:

 - WiFi access points
 - ** Projectors **
 - Ethernet hubs and long cables
 - Power strips and extension cords

Also:
 - snack and foods (see http://www.barcamp.org/index.cgi?NYCBarPotLuck)
 - folding chairs (or camping chairs, or beanbags, or yoga mats)
 - big pads of paper, w/ or w/o easels

What to Bring to BarCamp
 - chair, bean bag, or yoga mat
 - laptop + power brick
 - ethernet cable if you need one
 - If you're camping: sleeping bag, jammies, toothbrush, bedtime stories, etc.

Need a place to crash? - If you're coming into the city Friday night and need a place to stay, add a note to the wiki to find a host.

Sponsor! - If your company chips in to cover the cost of t-shirts and food, you'll be a hero!

Having trouble picking an idea for a presentation? Post your ideas on a page on the wiki and ask for suggestions.

Don't feel like you have something to present about? Use the wiki to brainstorm, or email another attendee to see if you can help with their presentation.

How long? 5 minutes, 30 minutes, it doesn't matter. You can come prepared with slides, or make it up as the day unfolds. It's up to you.
