publishing?

I want to make a present of all the haikus and send it out in a little black book called ‘Handheld’ for everyone who has got me through this year. I need only about 40 pages, even two inches by two inches, with a thick paper cover or similar material. And, I want it ready for Christmas! Any ideas?

This is obviously way way late, but if you click on my link above you can read about an idea that I have and a company that prints small runs of books. (and may be a little nicer than what I saw suggested) I think you were looking for a holiday present, but I guess there is always next year.
What do you think of the business idea?
