it’s at 34th and 10th. that’s midtown-west. i guess technically hell’s kitchen, but just north of chelsea.
can live/work there.
3 bedrooms. can be converted to 5 or even 6 bedroom.
it’s a residential building, but the owner has a permit that allows you to bring up clients (and set up an office if you like).
there’s an open house from 6 to 9, but we can get preferential treatment if we make at 5pm
(535W34th st).
the broker is surprised at how cheap it is.
I saw this earlier and passed because it was only 3br, but I think you’re right that it’s worth a look. Esp. since it’s no-fee, one month free, and that money will easily cover the addition of rooms, time to find a fifth roommate, and then some. In fact, I don’t know what I was thinking passing it up.

Wow. That is no kind of Hell’s Kitchen. That space is embarassingly big, and I’m sure we could get a 5th roommate for that space. How hard would it be to construct two more bedrooms? Is there another bathroom? I think it looks fantastic, and if making more bedrooms isn’t too hard let’s go for it. It sounds perfect for you guys who will be working from there, so you don’t feel cramped.
