That is no kind of Hell's Kitchen. That space is embarassingly big, and I'm sure we could get a 5th roommate for that space. How hard would it be to construct two more bedrooms? Is there another bathroom? I think it looks fantastic, and if making more bedrooms isn't too hard let's go for it.
